Strict Guidelines for Research Chemical Purchases
At Rechemist, we prioritize quality and accuracy in every order. Due to the nature of our products, our refund and returns policy is designed to maintain security, discretion, and legal compliance.
1. No Returns Accepted
- All sales are final.
- Research chemicals cannot be returned for any reason, including:
- Change of research focus
- Unwanted compounds
- Shipping restrictions in your country
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered in the following cases:
✅ Wrong Product Shipped: If we accidentally send an incorrect item (verified via lab analysis).
✅ Damaged/Leaking Packaging: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
Note: Refunds are issued in cryptocurrency only (original payment method).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds for:
❌ Incorrect shipping details provided by the buyer.
❌ Buyer’s remorse or change of research plans.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email info@rechemist.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include:
- Order number & transaction ID
- Clear photos/videos of the issue (if applicable)
- Our team will review and respond within 72 hours.
5. Reshipment Policy
- If an order is lost in transit (no tracking updates for 14+ days), we may offer a one-time reshipment (subject to investigation).
- Full reshipments for seized, confiscated, or undeliverable packages.
Important Reminders
Verify all order details before payment – No changes after submission.
Research laws in your country – We are not liable for legal repercussions.
Store products properly – Degradation due to improper storage voids all guarantees.
